This Privacy Policy explains how Huey's Color Quest (“the App”) handles information when you use it. The App is developed and operated by Owen Davis-Bower (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
Huey's Color Quest is a premium puzzle game with no advertisements. You can play some content for free; an optional in-app purchase unlocks the full game. You do not need to create a named account, provide an email address, or log in with social media to play.
We do not ask for your real name, email address, phone number, or payment card details inside the App. Payments are handled by Apple or Google.
The App may collect:
• An anonymous account ID (via Firebase Anonymous Authentication)
• Gameplay and usage analytics (for example, level starts/completes, paywall views, purchase events, and custom-level activity)
• Device and technical data (device type, OS, app version, crash logs)
• User-generated content you create or publish (level names, designs, and related metadata), plus upvotes and reports
• Purchase confirmation and product identifiers from Apple or Google
Campaign progress and settings are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded as a cloud-save profile. We do not intentionally collect precise GPS location, contacts, photos, microphone/camera content, or health/biometric data.
We use this information to operate and improve the App, enable custom levels, process purchases, diagnose crashes, moderate user-generated content, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information and do not show third-party ads.
If you publish a custom level, its name and design become available to other players, along with an anonymous creator identifier. Do not include personal information in level names or designs. Content that violates law or our standards may be removed.
The App uses these services, which may process limited technical or usage data:
• Google Firebase (anonymous auth, analytics, crash reporting, remote config, UGC storage)
• Meta / Facebook SDK (App Events analytics; the App does not show ads)
• Unity Technologies (analytics and in-app purchase infrastructure)
• Apple App Store and Google Play (distribution and payment processing)
Device advertising identifiers may be processed by analytics partners subject to your device settings (for example, App Tracking Transparency on iOS).
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, including analytics/crash data per provider settings, published UGC while it remains available or needed for moderation, and local data until you delete the App or clear app data.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal information, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact us to make a request. Because the App uses anonymous accounts, we may be limited in locating data unless you can provide identifiers we can reasonably verify.
The App is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country) to create identifiable profiles. Parents should supervise children's use of user-generated content features. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it where required.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
